The YATO YT-60003 Diamond Blade is engineered for professional use in construction and stone processing. It features hot-pressed diamond segments for high durability and long service life.
The disc body is made of 65Mn steel, with a 2.2 mm body thickness and 3.4 mm segment thickness. Segments are 10 mm high and composed of a chemical mix including Fe (20%), Cu (55%), Sn (7%), Ni (8%), Co (10%), and diamond coating (20%). This composition ensures hardness, durability, and even distribution of diamond granules from the top to the base of the segment.
With a maximum rotation speed of 4,400 min⁻¹ and a disc linear velocity of 80 m/s, the blade guarantees safe and efficient cutting. It is compatible with all commercially available petrol and electric cutting machines, including Stihl, Husqvarna, Hilti DSH 700, and Yato YT-82158.
The blade is capable of cutting up to 1,500 m lengthwise in natural stone, making it ideal for demanding construction projects.
