Alcolin Ready Mixed Mortar is a ready-to-use solution designed to simplify masonry and repair work. This pre-mixed product eliminates the need to measure or mix components, offering a perfectly homogeneous mortar for quick and reliable results.
It is ideal for repairing bricks, concrete blocks, stones, or for filling cracks and masonry joints. This mortar is easy to apply directly from its container and dries quickly to provide a solid, durable, and resistant finish.

Applications
ALCOLIN READY MIXED MORTAR is a versatile product that can be used for general concrete repair, plastering, bricklaying, plaster and concrete crackfilling, stone-laying and pathways.
Limitations
Not suitable for repairing structural faults i.e. foundation movements.
Not suitable as a ceramic tile adhesive.
Safety instructions
ALCOLIN READY MIXED MORTAR contains cement, which is alkaline and may cause skin irritation. Do not ingest.
Keep away from children and pets. Do not empty into drains. Wear rubber gloves. Avoid contact with eyes.
Allow any unused product to dry before disposing of the container. In the event of skin or eye contamination, rinse thoroughly with cold water and seek medical assistance if irritation or discomfort persists.

Ensure that surfaces are prepared as above.
Add 20kg ALCOLIN READY MIXED MORTAR into 2 litres of clean water and mix to a workable paste.
To improve adhesion, strength and water-resistance, replace water with ALCOLIN PERMOBOND diluted with 3 parts waters.
The pot life of ALCOLIN READY MIXED MORTAR is approximately 1 hour. It is therefore recommended that only the amount that can be used within 45 minutes, be mixed at any one time.
Use suitable tools e.g. trowel, plasterboard and spade to apply ALCOLIN READY MIXED MORTAR according to the particular application.
Cleaning: Tools can be cleaned with water and soap when adhesive is still wet.
