The HYRT Rain Spray Hose N63 is a flat PE irrigation hose designed for overhead misting that produces a soft, rainfall-like spray for uniform watering. This system helps prevent soil erosion, increases humidity around crops, and creates a stable micro-climate that supports healthy growth and fruit formation.
The N40 model has a 40 mm internal diameter, 0.4 mm wall thickness (≈12 Mil), and is supplied in 150-meter rolls. It operates best at 0.7 to 1.0 bar pressure, providing a spray width of about 3 to 7 meters depending on the water pressure.
Made from UV-resistant LDPE / PE material, the hose is durable with an expected lifespan of 2 to 5 years under normal agricultural use. Its flat and lightweight design makes installation simple and allows easy transport, storage, and repositioning without special tools.
Compared with flood irrigation, this system can save a significant amount of water while providing more uniform coverage. The fine spray also helps clean dust from leaves, improving photosynthesis and overall crop health. For best performance, the hose should be placed flat with the holes facing upward, used with proper pressure, and connected to a filtered water source to prevent clogging.
