The Hugong Protective Cover Lenses (Pack of 2) are made of high-quality polycarbonate (PC) material, offering durability, heat resistance, and impact resistance. These lenses are placed in front of the auto-darkening electronic filter to protect it from weld spatter, sparks, dirt, and scratches.
Each lens is supplied with a green protective film on both sides to prevent damage during shipping; this film must be removed before installation. Over time, the protective lens will become pitted or worn and should be replaced to maintain clear visibility and optimal protection.
Available in standard replacement sizes (115 × 90 mm, 110 × 90 mm, and 108 × 50 mm), Hugong lenses are typically sold in multi-packs such as sets of 2, 5, or 10 pieces.
The lenses are supplied with standard included accessories: a 3 m HG MIG-36 (or MB36) welding torch, a 3 m earth cable with clamp, V-groove drive rollers (0.8/1.2 mm) for solid wire, and a 2.5 m input power cable, ensuring readiness for immediate use.
