The Hugong POWER STICK 251W III is an industrial-grade inverter welding machine delivering up to 250 amps of stable welding current. With MMA and Lift TIG modes, a high duty cycle, and advanced protection features, it is ideal for professional welders handling large steel structures or continuous operations.

The Hugong POWER STICK 251W III is a 250A single-phase inverter welder (10.34 kVA) engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications. Combining portability with high output performance, it utilizes advanced IGBT technology to deliver a stable arc, deep penetration, and energy-efficient operation.

Supporting both MMA and Lift-TIG modes, it welds carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and stainless steel with rutile (E6013), basic (E7018), and cellulosic (E6010) electrodes from 1.6 to 5.0 mm. Features such as Hot Start and adjustable Arc Force ensure smooth ignition, reduced electrode sticking, and precise weld control.

The machine offers stepless current adjustment via a user-friendly rotary control, while a digital ammeter with status indicators allows accurate parameter monitoring. Integrated thermal and voltage protection, combined with fan-assisted cooling, ensures safe and continuous operation.

Weighing 12 kg and rated IP21S, it provides protection against dust and water splashes. Its higher duty cycle enables continuous welding with 3.2 mm and 4.0 mm electrodes, making it ideal for professional welders operating in demanding environments.
