The Y Push-In Fitting is specifically designed for 16 mm external diameter tubing and is widely used in industrial and DIY compressed air systems.
It features a durable plastic body (PA66/PBT), stainless steel circlip or internal claw for firm tube locking, and NBR seals for airtight performance.
Operating at pressures up to 145–150 PSI (10 bar) and temperatures between -20°C and 80°C, it is suitable for both vacuum and compressed air applications. The fitting is compatible with polyurethane (PU), nylon (PA), and polyethylene (PE) tubing.
Its push-to-connect design ensures quick installation without tools: simply push the tube into the fitting until secured, and release by pressing the ring inward. This makes it ideal for pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valve systems, water/air distribution, and tools such as screwdrivers, drills, grinders, and impact wrenches.
