The KULWED MB501D Gas Nozzle (Shroud) is a consumable designed for high-power, water-cooled MIG/MAG welding torches. Its conical shape provides a good balance between joint accessibility and effective shielding gas coverage. The nozzle measures approximately 76 mm in length, with an Outer diameter of 19 mm, ensuring stable and precise gas flow.
Made from high-quality copper, it offers excellent thermal conductivity and strong resistance to spatter adhesion, making it suitable for heavy-duty welding applications. It is compatible with MB501D / MB501 torches and may also be used with MB26 and MB401 consumables, depending on the configuration.
Rated for 500 A with CO₂ and 450 A with mixed gas (M21) at 100% duty cycle, this nozzle is suitable for continuous industrial welding.
