The E71T-11 copper-coated flux core gasless mig welding wire (1.2 mm, 15 kg) is a rutile-type, self-shielded wire designed for welding mild and galvanized steel without shielding gas. It is suitable for all-position welding and widely used in fabrication, construction, automotive, and general engineering workshops.

The E71T-11 copper-coated flux core wire is engineered for versatility and convenience. As a self-shielded wire, it eliminates the need for external shielding gas, making it ideal for fieldwork, mobile welders, and environments where gas cylinders are impractical.

This wire supports all-position welding (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) and produces excellent bead appearance with consistent mechanical performance. It is suitable for both single-pass and multi-pass welding, delivering strong, ductile welds with a typical tensile strength of ~520 MPa and elongation up to 23%, offering a balance of strength and flexibility.

The copper coating (Cu) enhances electrical conductivity, improves wire feeding, and extends spool shelf life. Operating range is 120–300 A, depending on position and machine settings.
