The Kaierda – BX1-315-1 is part of the BX1 series of moving-core transformer welders, known for their durability and reliability in industrial environments. Its moving-core design allows stepless regulation of welding current via a large front wheel, providing precise control for different welding tasks.
Equipped with dual-voltage capability (220V/380V), the machine adapts to various industrial power grids. As a three-phase welder, it ensures stable current delivery, reduced fluctuations, and improved efficiency for heavy-duty applications.
With an output current range of 70–315A, the BX1-315-1 is suitable for electrode diameters from 2.5 mm to 5.0 mm, making it versatile for welding mild steel and low-alloy steel. Its duty cycle is rated at 60% at 315A, allowing continuous welding for 6 minutes out of every 10 at full power.
The forced air-cooling system with built-in thermal protection prevents overheating during extended use. Despite its industrial build, the welder is equipped with wheels and a handle for easier portability around workshops and job sites.
