The Hugong Model E93D Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet Lens is a high-performance replacement filter designed to protect eyes from sparks, spatter, and harmful UV/IR radiation. With advanced optical clarity, fast switching, and user-friendly controls, it ensures safety and comfort across multiple welding processes.

The Hugong – Model E93D Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet Lens (DIN 4–13, 93 × 43 mm) provides permanent UV/IR protection up to DIN 16, even when not darkened. It is suitable for MMA (Stick), MIG/MAG, and TIG welding, and includes a Grind mode (DIN 4) for safe grinding without auto-darkening.

Its optical class 1/1/1/2 ensures high clarity and minimal distortion. The lens features a switching time of 1/25,000 second from light to dark, powered by solar cells with a backup CR2032 lithium battery. Two arc sensors guarantee reliable detection.

The control panel includes a stepless sensitivity knob (for low-amperage TIG or high ambient light conditions), a delay knob (adjustable recovery time from 0.1–1.0 seconds), a TEST button to verify functionality, and a low battery indicator LED.

For safe use, operators must remove the protective plastic film from both sides of the lens before operation.

The lens is supplied with standard included accessories: a 3 m HG MIG-36 (or MB36) welding torch, a 3 m earth cable with clamp, V-groove drive rollers (0.8/1.2 mm) for solid wire, and a 2.5 m input power cable, ensuring readiness for immediate use.
