The switch is compatible with air, nitrogen (N₂), argon (Ar), and carbon dioxide (CO₂), making it versatile for multiple environments. It provides both PNP switch output and analog output (1–5V), operates on a 24 VDC power supply, and incorporates MEMS sensor technology with an integrated flow adjustment valve for enhanced accuracy.
