This intelligent automatic transfer switch is designed for AC 50Hz/60Hz systems with a rated working voltage of 230V (single-phase) or 400V (three-phase) and current ratings up to 63A. It serves as the main switch for terminal electrical appliances and is suitable for controlling motors, lighting, and low-power devices.
The system consists of two parts: the controller and the main device, housed in a compact shell with two integrated circuit breakers. The gear-driven mechanical interlock ensures safe operation by preventing simultaneous closure of both power sources.
The control circuit is intelligently designed to separate working voltage, sampling power, and MCU control, minimizing electromagnetic interference. The switch supports generator start, fire control input/output, main/emergency power feedback, and three-phase voltage detection.
Its modular architecture allows easy replacement and high component interchangeability. The control panel includes indicators for power status, fault conditions, and manual/automatic mode selection.
