The Misatu Gas Pre-Heater is designed to maintain stable gas flow in welding systems by preventing freezing caused by rapid expansion of CO₂ or nitrous oxide from high-pressure cylinders. When these gases are released, the temperature drops quickly, which may cause moisture to freeze inside the regulator or manifold, resulting in restricted flow, unstable pressure, and welding defects.

Installed between the gas cylinder and the regulator, the heater warms the gas to a uniform working temperature before it reaches the flowmeter. The unit features a fully enclosed metal housing with internal heating element, thermostatic control, and indicator lamp, ensuring safe and reliable operation in industrial environments.

All connection nuts and nipples are detachable for easy maintenance, and the heater cartridge can be replaced when necessary, extending the service life of the device. This pre-heater is intended for use with non-combustible welding gases only and must be protected from moisture, as the unit is not insulated for outdoor exposure.

The heater operates on 36V, 42V, 110V, or 230V single-phase AC (50/60 Hz) and must be connected using a grounded 3-wire power cable and socket. Designed for professional and industrial applications, the Misatu gas heater helps ensure consistent welding performance and protects regulators from ice damage.
