The Type 100 cutting torch is engineered for demanding industrial environments. It provides extended reach and enhanced heat protection for the operator. Capable of cutting steel thicknesses from 10 mm up to 100 mm, it is suitable for heavy-duty applications where smaller torches are insufficient.
Constructed with an all-copper cutting nozzle and a 304 stainless steel or thickened copper injector tube, the torch withstands extreme temperatures above 2000°C while maintaining explosion-proof safety. It is designed primarily for oxygen-acetylene cutting, but can also be used with propane or natural gas when fitted with the appropriate nozzle.
This Version offers improved stability during hand-held cutting of thick plates. Ergonomic features include a non-slip, heat-resistant handle for prolonged industrial use. Safety is reinforced with pure copper air inlet interfaces and conical step leakage-proof seals, ensuring airtight performance and stable flame control.
