The Cynel Sn99.3Cu0.7 SW26 Lead-Free Solder Wire is a cost-effective alternative to leaded solders, designed for professional and hobby use. Manufactured from first smelting tin and copper, it complies with ISO 9453 and RoHS standards, ensuring safe and reliable soldering performance.

The Cynel – Sn99.3Cu0.7 SW26 Lead-Free Cored Solder Wire (2.50 mm, 100 g) is a high-quality solder alloy manufactured by Cynel-Unipress. Its Sn99.3Cu0.7 composition complies with ISO 9453 designation 401 and is specifically developed for lead-free soldering applications.

This silver-free alloy offers a cost-effective solution while maintaining excellent solderability and reliable joint formation. It is suitable for manual and automated soldering in electronics, telecommunications, automotive systems, and industrial electrical engineering.

The integrated SW26 rosin-based No-Clean flux (halide activated) provides strong wetting properties and stable solder joints. Flux residues are non-corrosive and normally do not require cleaning, although they can be removed with alcohol-based solvents if necessary.

With a melting point of 227°C, recommended soldering tip temperatures of 320–360°C (up to 400°C for nickel-plated components), and a flux content of 2.5% ±0.2%, the wire ensures consistent soldering performance. It is supplied in 100 g spools, clearly labeled with alloy type, flux specification, wire diameter, weight, and batch number, and has a shelf life of 5 years from the end of the production year.
