The SUPERON Super Optimal 6013 is a medium-coated, rutile-type electrode designed for welding mild steel in all positions. With superior arc stability, high impact toughness, and easy slag removal, it is ideal for shipbuilding, construction, fabrication, and repair work.

The SUPERON – Super Optimal 6013 Mild Steel Welding Electrode (E6013, 2.5 mm × 350 mm, 5 kg pack) is designed for reliable, professional welding performance in industries such as construction and shipbuilding, where precise fit-ups may be difficult. Its rutile coating ensures stable arc characteristics, smooth weld beads, easy slag removal, and excellent striking and restriking properties. The electrodes are vacuum-packed to preserve quality and consistency.

It provides strong mechanical performance with a yield strength of 380 N/mm², tensile strength of 470–540 N/mm², and elongation of 24%.

Compatible with AC and DC power sources, the electrode is suitable for welding thin sheets, pipes, and heavy steel structures. Its design improves arc stability, penetration, and weld bead consistency, while reducing spatter and porosity for cleaner welds and better metal recovery.
